Beautiful Belgian-inspired interiors
House Beautiful has declared, “Belgian is the new Swedish.” Some hallmarks of Belgian style – linen, worn wood, iron, stone, reclaimed building materials, and neutrals creating a mood that is serene, simple and earthy in a sophisticated way. Atlanta interior designer Kay Douglass, who also owns an antique and home furnishings shop called South of Market, designed this beautiful Belgian inspired house. Light wooden floors and ceilings, lots of linen, gray and earth colors, Belgian bluestone, antique lamps and repurposed items all make up this serene and inviting southern home. Via
